FOOT STEPS TO RESORT! This elegant townhouse is filled with furnishings that are carefully selected and designed to make the most of the space while making you feel right at home. Four bedrooms allow every guest to have their own designated space with an additional sleeping area in the themed movie room. This space has a sleeper sofa, which opens to a queen size bed. A pack n’ play comes with the rental as well as a changing table, high chair and stroller. There are 4 full bathrooms!

Looking for some adult time? Send the kids upstairs to their own movie themed area which has a large screen ROKU TV, games and an old school Nintendo system loaded with all the classic games! Xbox gaming system available in the brand new Star Wars room! Two of the three upstairs bedrooms come themed. Allow the kids to dream away with the princesses in a queen sized bed or enjoy the neon glow of the star wars room with a twin over full bunk as well as a pull out trundle bed underneath. Please note that the top bunk is intended for a child weighing 100lbs or less. Princess room has its own private bath along with the upstairs master bedroom. Does your travel involve work? Find a quiet office filled with plenty of light just off the master bedroom. Located in a secluded area, this space allows for concentration and focus to get your work done. Continuing through the main living space you will find child secured sliding doors which lead to the lanai that features a soaking pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area and a half bath. Enjoy this private area to cool down after a day at the parks or to spend the day enjoying some family time! Our pool can be heated for a fee of $30 per day. There is a 2 day minimum heating requirement as the pool takes time and energy to reach temperature. For the safety of the equipment during colder months, this service will be haulted should temperatures fall below 45 degrees. The guest will be refunded for days, not used. SURF SIMULATOR!!! Enjoy your days spent at the Solara resort pool area. Here you will find the surf simulator. This attraction provides teaching lessons for those interested in learning to surf. Reservations need to be made online , and there is a fee charged by the resort. Most other attractions are included in your stay with the exception of activities that involve the purchase of an item. The resort provides a large pool, splash area for children, basketball and volleyball ball courts, and walking paths with beautiful scenery! At the club house you will also find a gym, teen area, restaurant and ice cream stand as well as a bar for the adults. Daily activities make it a fun filled environment for all! Be sure to hold on to your adult drink buckets for discounted drinks! SHUTTLE SERVICE- The Solara resort offers a shuttle service to the parks. Reservations can be made online and are charged per person. There are group rates available starting at groups of 4. More information on this service will be available upon booking. EARLY CHECK-IN This service is available free of charge up to 1 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time of 4pm and ONLY if cleared by the property owner. Any check in time earlier than the 1 hour period will be an added fee of $100. Any check-in time prior to 4pm must be approved as the property could be occupied. LATE CHECK-OUT this service is offered free of charge up to 1 hour after the scheduled checkout time of 10am and only if cleared by the property owner. Any checkout time after the 1 hour will be charged a late checkout fee of $100. Any checkout time later than 10am must be approved as the property may have a scheduled checkin on the same day.
Other Details to Note
Our home is available to you and will come with outstanding service. Fully stocked kitchen items as listed are included. A spice rack is available for cooking needs. Assorted K-cups, coffee filters and teas also available as a starter for you. You will be responsible for purchasing what is needed for the entirety of your stay. Bathrooms contain bath towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All of the above are starter supplies and any additional supplies will need to be purchased by our guests. You will be responsible for items needed for your stay not included on the list provided above or the section labeled "amenities". Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Trash is collected on a daily basis and can be placed outside your front door in a designated bin for pickup. Should your stay exceed 7 days and you would like a change of sheets or a full cleaning, arrangements can be made to have the cleaning team come to the home. Cleaning fee is set by the cleaning team and is subject to change. Message for details and to set up service. Should temperature fall below 45 degrees pool heat will be haulted for equipment safety.
